Individual Therapy

People coming for treatment by themselves make up about one third of my caseload.

Generally individual therapy focuses on people struggling with depression, anxiety, or other emotional issues that interfere with different aspects of their lives. Individual therapy attempts to help clarify what causes the depression or anxiety and seeks to develop ways of resolving issues, gaining prespectives on them, or coming to terms with the struggles that many people face in our complex world.

Clients enter individual therapy for a variety of reasons characterized by life’s stressors. It is my belief that everyone be treated with dignity and respect. Whatever the issues, your problems will be handled confidentially within a caring non-judgmental environment.
